DialHelpUSA earns reader trust by publishing accurate, current, and useful information. These guidelines describe how we source, verify, and update everything you read on the Site - and how we keep editorial decisions separate from advertising or affiliate revenue.
Every customer service phone number, support hour, and contact channel published on DialHelpUSA must come from at least one of three primary sources:
We do not publish information sourced from anonymous tips, paid placements, or third-party "lead aggregator" databases. Those are the same sources scam networks use - we keep our directory clean of them.
Before a brand profile is published, an editor independently confirms the contact information against at least two of the primary sources above. The editor calls the listed number to confirm it reaches the correct brand and notes the IVR menu structure. Each profile shows a "verified" date in the footer of its content area.
Every profile is re-verified on a quarterly schedule. Profiles for higher-traffic brands (Amazon, Apple, PayPal, Microsoft, Netflix, Walmart) are re-verified monthly. Reader-reported corrections are reviewed and resolved within 48 hours.
If we publish information that turns out to be inaccurate, we correct it as soon as we confirm the error. Significant corrections - those that materially change the meaning of a profile - are noted at the bottom of the page with the date of correction. Minor typo and formatting fixes are made silently.
Customer service phone numbers, support hours, and editorial commentary are never influenced by advertising or affiliate relationships. Advertisers do not preview articles, suggest changes, or pay for inclusion in brand profiles. Sponsored content - if it ever appears - is clearly labeled with a "Sponsored" tag and is editorially separate from brand profiles.
The coupon section of DialHelpUSA contains affiliate links. We mark sponsored coupon content clearly with the rel="sponsored" attribute and a visible disclosure on the page. If a coupon link earns us a commission, that commission helps keep the directory free for readers but plays no role in which contact information we publish.
We use AI tools to help draft descriptive copy and FAQ structures, but every published article is reviewed and edited by a human editor. AI is never used to generate the customer service phone numbers, hours, or other factual data points - those are sourced and verified manually as described in Section 1.
We welcome reader corrections, brand requests, and feedback through our contact page. Verified corrections are processed within 48 hours; new brand requests are reviewed weekly.
